"desaturate"

Yesterday as I was trying to sleep I got the idea for a new painting. I wasn't able to sleep until I got up and finished the test run of the concept. While this isn't the entire idea, it does contain parts of what will be in a future piece.

I painted this in oil over acrylic on a 16"x20" canvas.
